My Workout Routine

I'm telling you people, this is the easiest workout EVER!

You don't need a gym membership.

You don't need any equipment.

You  don't need sneakers.

You don't even need a TV to watch a video.

All you need is a cough!

That's right, a cough. I'm sure  you can pick a cough up anywhere these days. The best kind is the one that is sporadic and starts with a little tickle in your throat. That's what I'm currently using. I prefer my coughs with a little post nasal drip.

It's such as easy workout you can even do it in bed while you're sleeping. I worked out this morning at 3 AM and then felt so good I decided to do it again at 6 AM.

If I keep this workout routine up I'll have washboard ab's by the end of the month!

    What are you going to do when you are no longer coughing? You know what happens to muscle once you stop working out...

  2. might want to try a vaporizer in your bedroom at night when you are having these spells ;)

  3. Ah, this to shall pass...We only hope sooner rather than later. Just replace the couging with s*x and you can stay out of the gym for awhile longer....AND your spouse will enjoy the benefit instead of being annoyed! :) Love you!

  4. If you can add a little regurgitation, you'll be back to your high school or middle high weight in no time at all...Hope you feel better soon.
